Upper management always wanted to push all their duties on employees without any guidance or expectations.
Support from Management
There were unrealistic expectations of employees.
When there were fellow employees the teamwork was terrific amongst employees.
Level of Autonomy
It is a small church so most of the administrative work fell on the administrative specialist.
This is a very small church and yet management wanted to implement big business procedures for minimal pay.
