Level of Autonomy
I had a good caseload and I was given authorization to do whatever needed to be done to ensure that my cases were as up to date as possible.
There were a lot of instances where the attorney would tell me how he'd like something done, only to have him change his mind about it and I would have to back to the beginning. Even though we had "file review" meetings 2 to 3 times per month, certain things were not effectively communicated by the attorney.
