Suggestions for improvement
- More paid time off, less strict rules and a calmer (not so stressful) environment.
The culture is changing for the worse. Long time employee are leaving and or looking to leave. The company does not back up their long tenured employees. Ex. Whitinsville Mass, company let go a very strong store manager because of a problem employee that the company never did anything on their part to fix
management is some stores are very good
Teams can never jell together because of the high turnover
