Suggestions for improvement
- Audit the management group. Many dishonest managers that don't tell all the truth to senior management.
Communication from upper management isn't forthcoming. Major changes are communicated more in rumors.
The pay seemed generous.
Many people work large amounts of overtime.
Layoffs have been frequent for the last 2 years.
Handicap parking may be far from some buildings.
They are very committed to safety.
Former senior level management who are now gone created a great culture (one of the best in the industry), new senior level management has destroyed that culture with intense internal politics and conflicts.
Too many senior level managers who are yes men (not women since there is only one senior level woman), no regard for employee well being, communication to employees is censored or misleading, new senior management is a huge good old boys frat club that does not have a clue on how to run a company in a downturn economy.
