Suggestions for improvement
- Remove multiple approvals on process changes, allow employees to make decisions. Trust the employees and invest in the best talent and infrastructure.
What I like about the company
My counterpart in Mumbai is so willing to learn. I wish I had the means to coach him.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of communication, bureaucracy, does not value employees.
