Suggestions for improvement
- communication at the executive level is nonexistent. With departmental changes, it would be great to know what the best steps are.
Assisting the company with its goal to improve the learning process for K-12 curriculm along with working along side your coworkers was the most positive aspect of Odysseyware.
Management weakness in direction of growth and constant reorganizing of departments/job titles and workloads without compensation along with many good loyal employee dismissals without considering other options of using their skills in other areas.
