Support from Management
Higher up leadership does nothing to support the store level management. Corporate set targets are unrealistic and all planning is done on a one-size fits all mentality with no input from the store level.
Overall Compensation for your work
The company needs to take a realistic view of their salary structure. Since salaries are a controllable expense, the company will do what it can to limit what they pay out, there by not really recognizing or rewarding the talents of their emloyees
