- Promote focused training to all employees and their positions, Take time to show the people whom are actualy instore with customers working to make every dime for the company that they are a valued asset and are truly appreciated, not just another warm body in a red shirt stocking crayons.
- Trust the staff inside your stores to do what's right for their customers every day. Stand behind each associates decision that will retain the repeat customers who are happy to shop with you remaining flexible to morals or ideals required for a succesful business instead of ineffective cookie cutter policies designed solely by a clueless someone behind the corporate desk
