Support from Management
The leadership team there doesn't seem to understand how to treat people like people.
Suggestions for improvement
- Start from scratch. Implementing better trading programs. Stop changing the stores around. 6 times a year is unnecessary. Need to increase pay to be competitive v's the competition.
I like about the employer
There is always room to move up.
I dislike about the employer
No training. The company say just get it done. They rarely support their own employees.
