Turn Over Rate Is Huge
Support from management
The right doesn't know what the left is doing. Constant Confusion. The afternoon supervisor they got rid of a few years ago was the best. He really cared about his employees.
Management does work with the us as employees. It's there way or the highway.
Females very rarely get promoted
Attitude towards older colleagues
They find a way to get rid of you because of your low expectations

We haven't had a raise in a year an a half. We had huge sales an got nothing so far. Once again corporate greed

I hear it once was a great company to work for but they use them an then go to the next person. Turn over rate is huge
Corporate greed. Expectations set way to high. Management makes the job hard because there undecided them self's
Suggestions for improvement
- Take pride in the good employee's. Don't use an abuse them. They have turned there employee's against them. Some of us wanted to start a union because of the treatment we receive. The new supervisor's that worked on the floor prior to getting that position are just horrible. We had two supervisor's one on days an one on afternoons that really made the job nice. They got rid of one an the other has been transferred to another department. They need to be careful because we as a company are losing people at a very high rate an at some point we will never recover.

What I dislike about the company
They use there employees. They think there is an endless supply of them. They are incorrect. They actually have called employee's back that have quit or have gotten fired. They are running out of options. Very sad to say.
