Turn Over Rate Is Huge

EmployeeWorked in Production at the time of review.

What I like

Co workers were very friendly

What I dislike

They use there employees. They think there is an endless supply of them. They are incorrect. They actually have called employee's back that have quit or have gotten fired. They are running out of options. Very sad to say.

Suggestions for improvement

Take pride in the good employee's. Don't use an abuse them. They have turned there employee's against them. Some of us wanted to start a union because of the treatment we receive. The new supervisor's that worked on the floor prior to getting that position are just horrible. We had two supervisor's one on days an one on afternoons that really made the job nice. They got rid of one an the other has been transferred to another department. They need to be careful because we as a company are losing people at a very high rate an at some point we will never recover.

Internal Communication

Lack of

Teamwork

Management does work with the us as employees. It's there way or the highway.

Work-Life Balance

Constant 58 hrs per week

Support from management

The right doesn't know what the left is doing. Constant Confusion. The afternoon supervisor they got rid of a few years ago was the best. He really cared about his employees.

Gender Equality

Females very rarely get promoted

Attitude towards older colleagues

They find a way to get rid of you because of your low expectations

Office / Work Environment

Afraid if you make a mistake your fired

Overall compensation for your work

We haven't had a raise in a year an a half. We had huge sales an got nothing so far. Once again corporate greed

Company Image

I hear it once was a great company to work for but they use them an then go to the next person. Turn over rate is huge

Challenging Work

Corporate greed. Expectations set way to high. Management makes the job hard because there undecided them self's

Former EmployeeWorked in Production until 2014.

What I like

Production employees

What I dislike

The HR director

Suggestions for improvement

Hire a new HR director an the company as a whole will be better off

Internal Communication

HR has no idea of what's good health benefits are. Communicating the wrong information half the time. Wants everyone else to do her work because she hasn't a clue

Teamwork

The production employees work well together

Work-Life Balance

It there way or the highway. Could care less as long as you work an more work. They wAnt you living there. Need to unionize.

Support from management

HR belittles you

Attitude towards older colleagues

It all about production numbers. They get rid of older employees.

Overall compensation for your work

They don't do the research on health insurance the wages are too low

Company Image

The employees cannot stand the human resource director
