Suggestions for improvement
- In an organization that regular employees are CPAs and MBAs the Manager or Deputy should be an experienced individual with couple of doctoral level education. It is sad that a good State agency with excellent Commissioners would let such individuals running it.
What I like about the company
Excellent Benefits, Excellent Commissioners, Team work, and Family environment.
What I dislike about the company
Unqualified Supervisors and Managers, Un-necessary control imposed by managers, change of office rules to confuse others while targeting individual targeted employee, treating well educated employee like a child, too many short departmental meetings uncalled for which causes brain damage.
