Back stabbing. Smile to your face and talk about you behind your back. I sat in on meetings where other executives made plans for how to keep employees from advancing.
Zero support from management or HR.
Good if you're a man.
Hostile and unprofessional.
You will not move up here. Keep looking.
Lower than standard.
