You can get promoted but it all depends on whether or now who likes you. Many people come in , not experienced but unless you laugh and goof around with your managers, you will not get far. They see hard work but barely acknowledge it. They give it to who they want, no who deserves it. Treat everyone equal and if someone does better, give them more responsibility. Don't look down on them when it's a little hard. Encourage them, don't bash them with other managers.
They care more about their customers than they do the well being of their employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- Make rules, make plans and stick to them. If things change, let everyone know. Let who's in charge be in charge. All managers should be on the same page.
What I dislike about the company
The lack of communication, lack of respect. Lack of recognition.
