Suggestions for improvement
- Schedule your employees as you indicated you would at the time you hired them. Give raises as you promise to do. Provide written job descriptions at each station and allow employees to keep a copy of the handbook or at least have a copy available to them at all times..
I dislike about the employer
Only one day of training is given. That training is given to a large group and is not sufficient. The supplies needed are constantly running low. There is never any advance notice of upcoming sales. Merchandise is relocated in the store every day so employees can't tell customers where to find it. Being scheduled for 3 or less hours per week is not uncommon. My raise was delayed by 3 months despite being told I was doing a fantastic job.
