Suggestions for improvement
- Support your server staff and require kitchen staff to be able to meet special requests as guest satisfaction is so highly emphasized to the front of house staff. Also consider hiring "food runners" for serving refills on unlimited menu items so that servers ma be able to take care of more tables thus increasing their ability to make more money as our compensation is almost entirely based on tips.
I like about the employer
Management was very understanding and reasonable when you need time off due to personal issues. Scheduling was very flexible and easy to change or request time off as you could put in requests online through an employee website.
