Suggestions for improvement
- To train management, and they train all employees the same.
They will "promote" you but will not pay you what the starting pay for the position is because you already work there.
The management is their just to get promoted to get out of the store, so they really don't care to help .
They are to afraid to get the associates to do their jobs so the people that come to work to work get asked to do everyone's job.
