Support from management
It is such an unstable place to work, teamwork doesn't stand a chance. Everyone is worried about his or her own position. Leadership appears to pit individuals against each other.
Suggestions for improvement
- Respect and dignity. Respect the experience and knowledge from those you hire. You hired them for a reason. Treat the employees well and they will make your company great. Recognize that the personal touch goes a long way with upper management. Go down and meet and get to know the people that are making you money instead of only talking to the store managers. This company has so much potential but if it doesn't change it will be recognized as the good ole boy company it is currently.
What I like about the company
I was offered a position when I was returning to the workforce after caring for my elderly father.
What I dislike about the company
Probably the worst Human Resource department I encountered in my career. After re-establishing myself in management, I left the company, this is the type of company you go when you have no other options.
