- The organization tends to ignore competitive salaries in this location and raises are rarely granted.
What I like about the company
When Human Resources receives a negative letter, most likely from a negative colleague, they are very fair in taking actions to prevent any further damage. The organization will stand behind their good employees, yet are somewhat timid to reprimand the problem-causing employees. This is primarily due to legal ramifications, which I have to respect.
