Suggestions for improvement
- Recognize employees for doing more than others. Reward employees for thinking ahead. Dont give raises or promotions to employees that don't work as hard as others
I like about the employer
Family is priority. Bosses are great
I dislike about the employer
No pay raises, no one gets noticed or rewarded for going above and beyond. No one in the office does wrong. Everyone on the floor does jobs on top of jobs with no extra incentive.
