There is no climate of fairness and trust whatsoever.
Attitude towards older colleagues
no appreciation for the elders and many times disrespected
Suggestions for improvement
- They need a professional Human Resources person to guide them (and accept to be guided) and they need to structure more the day to day procedures which are frequently changed without using common sense.
I dislike about the employer
Top management would listen to gossip instead of being more hands on and professional.
