Toxic, once again brought about by the leadership.
Support from management
Very little support from leadership.
Departments are pitted against each other by the leadership.
Freedom to work independently
Depends on what department you work in.
Very poor between departments.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Older employees are generally passed by and younger people are hired with less experience.
Only the directors receive additional training.
Overall compensation for your work
Health insurance is very expensive. Once hired you will be given additional responsibilities without additional pay.
Office / Work Environment
older computers, cold and drafty office spaces, roof leaks all the time when it rains.
Inclusive / Diverse
Only the opinion of the director matters, If you challenge her way of thinking you may lose your job,
Suggestions for improvement
- The culture is very toxic, It unfortunately has to do with the way the leadership interacts with each other and the rest of the team. The only way to improve it is to either train the leaders on how to work together or replace them.
