Support from management
"Cattle-call" was the actual word used by my trainer to describe their hiring practices. I was also told to ignore all the naysayers...which is hard when you grew up next to one. Quotas are unreasonable, unless you're unethical, which I am not.
Hmmm. After being switched three times in less than a month to different teams, I can honestly say that, and I hate to go against my beliefs before this experience, but...people are just plain mean and ruthless there. Sad. Not all, but most.
Suggestions for improvement
- Close down. Don't buy into their sales tactics. They are all trying to bleed their clients dry. Associates act like they care about their clients, all 100 of them, and yet have NO sympathy for employees' well-being or anything really. If you are cold-hearted, tough skinned, and out for yourself, you'll make it. But, why?
What I like about the company
Training is pretty good.
What I dislike about the company
The fact that we all felt like we would be fired at any given time. Ridiculous! AND...Never got paid what I was promised in my interview and in conversations with HR. Legal issue.
