Suggestions for improvement
- Management should be more open in listening to their subordinates, they will likely accomplish much more in the interest of everyone instead of just themselves. Operations needs to promote communication between departments and employees in order to be widely successful.
What I like about the company
The facility was large and spacious and the equipment we used was functional and, while not top of the line, up to date enough to get the job done satisfactorily.
What I dislike about the company
The management of operations at our branch was abysmal. Training was non-existent, communication between departments was non-existent and upper management had no interest in what the employees had to say. Also, I worked a lead position in which the pay I received was laughably low in comparison to the workload and responsibilities I carried.
