Not only is favoritism blatant from person to person, it is also obvious from shift to shift and department to department.
Support from Management
Employee input wasn't welcome and unrealistic processes are implemented. Favoritism for people and entire shifts is blatant.
If you are on the same level teamwork is there. People aren't held accountable for productivity standards.
Level of Autonomy
There is no communication between work levels or departments. Processes and procedures are handed down and related by word of mouth. Reviews are based off of the opinion of few and rarely reflect productivity
