No one cared about the employee, just how much work could be pushed out.
Support from management
No support from management. Controller was completely unaware of what was going on with the team and continued to cut positions or lose employees.
Employees worked well together, but constantly complained about manager and amount of work.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They hire older experienced workers, but do not value their experience at all.
No advancement. several employees left for this reason
Overall compensation for your work
No way. Too much work and stress for 15.00 an hour. Benefits were pretty good.
Office / Work Environment
Environment was not relaxing, constant complaining that was never addressed.
Wasted tree after tree by printing instead of emailing or scanning.
I was working 45-55 hours weekly and still not able to keep current in my job. Multiple employees were taking work home to try to stay current.
Way too much work for pay received. Expected to work short staffed with little to no training provided.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire management that understands the job of the employees that they supervise so when asked for assistance they can actually help.
What I dislike about the company
Complaints to HR fell on deaf ears. Incompetent management team. Weekly meetings about team progress, but no problems were ever resolved. No suggestions are ever taken. Poor attitude from employees regarding management.
