The culture right now is screaming and yelling will get better results, which obviously isn’t working
Support from management
Management is very quick to be angry
Management point fingers at other departments when things go wrong
Upper management is being very closed doors about what they are doing
In the office the president and the engineers are men. The secretaries are woman. In production women are mostly on the assembly line men are in the fabrication side.
Very angry environment
8 hours a day not bad
Most people are looking over their shoulder
Inclusive / Diverse
Assembly is diverse, the office is white. Like most companies though.
Suggestions for improvement
- Instead of pointing fingers and punishing people for their mistakes. They should be making an environment where you can admit areas where you need help so the company can come together and back each other up. Instead of tearing itself apart.
