Offered a pay cut. Not as substantial as the tenure employees, substantial enough to find secondary employment.
The federal contract was not set and employees were called and told not to return to work within the first week of being awarded the Govt. contract in April. In November the contract was finally resolved and I was emailed with a job offer from the Program Manager. I had already been working at another firm and notified the PM of my change of employment.
