The trust issues run deep with newer employees. The job done would have to have been exceptional to be commended. Not much notice in good work but if something was done wrong that gets much notice and comdemnation.
Support from management
Leadership tends to operate with their heart, emotionally rather than with their head, rationally or logically.
Teamwork with in the crew or local office is rather good, they realize if working together the job can get done
Freedom to work independently
you cant really do much without upper level management authorization
Probably the company with the least communication between management and scheduling staff. Nobody checks with other counter parts, and therefore information doesn't get down to the lower level personel in a timely manner if at all.
this company seems like it has a good ol boy attitude if you are in good with the owners you're in they have the edge.

with age comes respect, these guys are neither good nor bad on this
career development is non existent, you can improve you skills and given more responsibility but the pay wil stay the same, ability doesnt' necessarily mean better pay

very week benifits package, medical and dental basically all that is offered. Not savings or retirement plans in place

Working conditions are average. Not to extreme, may have to work out in the cold or wet and hot weather but not bad.

safety isn't first but is on the top of the list
