Overall compensation for your work
Great benefits.salary does not match the amount of responsibilities for salaried employees
Three mergers I four years. Positions have been eliminated.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hiring more employees will cut down on overtime and allow employees family/ personal time. This also will improve employee retention.
- Happy motivated, employees ensure success. Employees who feel appreciated will go the extra mile.
What I like about the company
Provid lifesaving blood products to the community
What I dislike about the company
Staff work irregular hours and days and overtime. Under staffed most of the time. Little to no consideration given to employees personal / family life. Schedules are constantly changing with very short notice. Hard to schedule Drs appointments. Family time. Rarely do employees get a full weekend off.
