Suggestions for improvement
- Human resources could do more to improve communications and relationships with employees. Leadership could be present and open to ideas
Negative culture. No leadership buy in.
They play favorites. Whether they like you as a person is what determine if you are a good worker, rather than how well you do the job.
It's every man for himself culture.
Heavy workload not evenly distributed.
The organization tries. Not very successful though.
Women are treated okay other than financially.
