Tellers worked well as a team
Freedom to work independently
tellers did not have a voice

Overall compensation for your work
This area could use some improvement.
What goes on behind the scenes should be evaluated

I would say yes
Inclusive / Diverse
The tellers had no voice, were never asked what was important to them
Suggestions for improvement
- I would suggest a safe place for tellers to give feedback on what concerns them without fear of punishment. Maybe have a teller appreciation day. Focus on valuing employees, and back off on the shame and punishment.
What I like about the company
I liked that it was close to home, and I built a good rapport with the community.
What I dislike about the company
I did not like the management style of fear and shame . I did not like the treatment of customers by management. I did not like that my concerns as an employee, a 6 year employee were ignored and dismissed. I did not like hearing that my co workers were physically shoved by management.
