This is by far the largest fault with this company. The organization has an extremely toxic work environment. Employees do not receive any recognition for their research; consultants receive all of the credit on a finished product. There is no fairness or trust anywhere to be seen. The rewards system is based solely on how well you're supervisor likes you.
