Suggestions for improvement
- Shift leadership over to the hands of the individuals with morals and level heads. Tap into people's talents, not turn them all into little drones. Don't verbally abuse your employees, seems logical enough.
I like about the employer
Company culture. Always an emphasis on fun.
I dislike about the employer
Poor communication, zero upward mobility, manipulative leadership style accompanied with harsh verbal abuse almost daily. Extremely long hours, no trust in employees, outrageous accusations and manipulation, lack of professionalism, sexism and talks of illegal actions such as "pregnancy approval forms." Racism, one former coworker of mine was forced to pick an "American name" to put on her business card instead of her Indian given name.
