General manager understands family dynamics. Sick child, doctors appointments are excused.
It is cooking food and cleaning it up twice a day.
Suggestions for improvement
- Train the kitchen managers as to how to supervise the employees and the kitchen. There is no training program in place to teach the kitchen managers how to manage people in a production environment.
What I like about the company
This was a part time job that did not require specific skills.
What I dislike about the company
This was a minimum wage and no room for advancement.
