Culture??? Really??? It have to be a jock.
Zero team work,
The most unprofessional company I had ever work
Freedom to work independently
no accounting software programs, no access to any documentations, or any back up information.
No communication what so ever one hand doesn’t know what other hand doing.
All managers are men, very old fashion company.
Attitude towards older colleagues
I felt very bad the way my older colleagues were treated very disrespectful, unethical, low pay. Men managers yelled at older women employees. No HR in the company, and people take everything afraid to lose jobs.
What training????Nothing to be trained in this company. Even if it was, company is very cheap won’t pay.
Overall compensation for your work
Under payment a big time, particularly for older employees. Company pays twice a month, save money on biweekly payment. No bonuses as promised. No benefit that could compensate low salary. This is not the place to make money.
Office / Work Environment
Very unfortunate working condition, company still using mainframe, 50 years behind.
Company does not care about any professional rules and regulations, trying to save money on software, professional people, hides all financial information, Scam Company. IRS should start looking very closely in the company. Very poor, unprofessional management “team”.
No one cares when you come and when you leave from work. Defiantly not the place for professional, motivated, career oriented people.
Image and reality in side of the company like a black and white. Very much surprised that company still survive.
No job security, got fired without any explanation, no letter of rejection, and no HR representative. Managers do whatever want to do, no professional ethics. Person who respect himself won’t work for this company. Grocery store has more job security than this company.
No respect to sick people.
No one cares about any challenges, company held in 1950th .
Inclusive / Diverse
No new innovations or any improvements are welcome, nothing supported, and managers care to save money on cheap labor than to promote business or workers.
Suggestions for improvement
- Change management, hire professional, educated workers, get good software, and respect workers. Stop being cheap!!!! Look around we are in 2016 not in 1950th.

Everything, unprofessional, disorganized, no software, no career progress, managers asked to prepare illegal financial papers. Very cheap on software, new technologies, professional, educated workers. No HR representatives. No job securities.
