- United Healthcare needs to assign undercover associates the call center to see and witness what really goes on
What I like about the company
I liked assisting the customers with their health plans.
What I dislike about the company
The company is not being represented well. The supervisors are not trained, do not know how to talk to the employees that are assigned to them. Do not have experience. Cannot answer complex questions regarding the health plan they are supervising. They are not trained at all. They are petty and cannot be trusted.
