Company Culture

The company is too focused on making money and could care less on the employees.

Support from management

Leadership is very poorly managed. Does not involve employees in any way.

Teamwork

Employees do work well together as long as leadership allows them to.

Freedom to work independently

Absolutely not. Very micromanaged at this company.

Internal Communication

Sometimes, there should be more continued education so that employees can stay up to date on changing programs and policies.
