I like about the employer
The only good thing about this company is the other agents that work there. Coaches and upper management care about themselves only.
I dislike about the employer
This company adds more and more workload on the employees but doesn't want to pay what other companies will for the same work. Coaches are never around to help and agents have to depend on eachother when help is needed. Upper management doesn't even know how to handle a call or use the systems that agents do but are paid way more then agents. The systems that are used dont work or crash on a daily basis.
