Suggestions for improvement
- Allow people to sustain relationships. People buy from people they know and like. Think about setting up account managers with a SME team vs. the Oracle bus.
I like about the employer
Our benefits are phenomenal and people do genuinely care about our customers on the front line.
I dislike about the employer
Too often making changes to our territories and plans. We build relationships, get to the goal line, then they take it away and have you start over again.
