The mission statement reads nicely, the speakers at meetings say the right things,
many good things about the company get diminished, when site supervisors get away with unregulated unfair treatment of employees.
management needs to insure fair and equal practices are not only written of in policies, but carried out by site management.
What and who upper management choose to support will set the culture at the work place.
Support from management
poorly oversees fair matter work place treatment.
much of the employee evaluation contains gossip versus actual visual quality work.
Team work admin work and paper work is very fairly distributed.
People bully others and do not pull even weight work loads. Conflict which upper management fails to correct, due to dishonesty goes on too long.
Freedom to work independently
The Autonomy is set by site managers, and it is up to upper management to keep fair checks and balances. The Autonomy reflects a ratio that is approx 500 women to less than five men. This is problematic, and funding needs to be set aside for fair hiring practices.
Hierarchy? It is understood people do not want gossip to take up upper management time. In the field, gossip can cause a law suit. Too much unregulated gossip takes place. Better communication needs to result in upper management personally interviewing employees every two weeks. This ensures employee relations, and policies, as well as regulations, are well communicated, and that the company takes care of small problems before they become a greater problem. It also sets respect as a high priority, which shapes the culture of a high quality program.

Program is clean and kept up to code.
This is a strong suit for orange county, Yes, the job is challenging. The fact the an apparently unique effort is made to fairly distribute paper work, and wages, allows workers to meet personal needs. Career need are also available, and good bennifits.
Has good quality image, but management employee relations are not good at all. They can be improved and should be forced to improve by the community and Granters.
The Union was pushed out, now employees are subject to purely Management decision. Middle man is good to have for employees, not management.

It is mostly safe, there is a constant effort to keep sites safe.
Work is Challenging but can get stale when management clouds the creativity of teachers they hire. Too much control of the lesson plans. Allowing sections wear teachers can be creative would make the job challenge more enjoyable.

Lets look at the female to male ratio and the turn turn over rates. Few men hired most or all leave the company.
