Suggestions for improvement
- Ask employees, those doing the work , for unbiased reflection on job duties, atmosphere, what is really going on instead of relying solely on those that may just be telling you what they want you to hear, most often not the real story.
I like about the employer
As an employer, Oreck Direct allows diversity in staffing as well as benefits that are above those of other companies in the areas
I dislike about the employer
Lacking in career development options for individuals, becoming more of who you are so to speak. Communication is based on reviews by management staff instead of the employees doing the actual work - upper management relies and bases issues at hand on words of a chosen few , most of the time on information provided on the basis of "what they want to hear" instead of based on actual issues.
