Dms are frequently directed to "Get rid of them" when dealing with emplyees. They are ordered to find a reason or invent one.
Suggestions for improvement
- Replace or retrain regional managers and up to understand legal and reasonable personnel policies. They should be teans o aren't but are completely and totally opaque
I like about the employer
The front line team members in the stores are often cream of the crop but because they were given false promises at hire become dissatisfied and non productive
