Sometimes too much free reign.
Having some communication on how the pay scale worked would've been nice.
They need to try and recruit more females
I had to work six days a week and twelve hour shifts as salary.
Suggestions for improvement
- Open the wallet, sometimes you have to spend money on the foundation to have a solid house.
