Suggestions for improvement
- Loosen constraints on hiring wage and increases thereby allowing Team Members to be paid what they are worth rather than dictating via a predetermined numerical function. Perhaps a pension plan for long term employees? Become a pioneer in the world of publicly traded big business and an example of how employees should be treated/compensated.
