Lack of leadership and professionalism.
Everyone learned how to work together despite the circumstances that created poor leadership from upper management.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hold management accountable for doing the job they are paid for. A little leadership goes a long way towards happy and productive employees. Most employees that I worked with wanted to succeed and move forward in the company, but felt like they were running in place due to empty promises and not getting recognition for doing a good job.
