Poor company culture, constant turnover
Support from management
Leadership is lacking...
Teamwork is talked about except that you are the "entire team"
Freedom to work independently
no say in this matter
Very poor, they cannot communicate expectations clearly
Didn't observe equality much. Men are treated more favorably.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Subtle discrimination towards older workers.
Did not see any opportunities for career development except to take on more work without recognition.
Overall compensation for your work
Compensation is not fair. Men are paid more. Junior male employee just starting out in his career paid more than an experienced EA.
Office / Work Environment
Location is good but working conditions are not that favorable. You can hardly go to the bathroom as you have to constantly monitor phones, doors, etc. and teamwork is lacking
Company is not socially aware as they missed opportunities in their own background to partcipate in walks and other events
Not good, expected to work while on vacation
Not sure what the public image is but have seen some great marketing.
None, you're here today and gone tomorrow. There is no "coaching" or time to improve.
Haven't seen any of this but we didn't have any disabled employees while I was there. Bldg probably is handicapped accessible.
No, don't think they do meet minimum standards as have seen many OSHA violations and safety hazards.
Work can be interesting as you are making a difference in patient's lives but you don't see the results.
Inclusive / Diverse
Not much inclusion if you are a woman. Very much an "old boys" network.
Suggestions for improvement
- "Walk the talk" and have everyone participate as a Team. Everyone should contribute to doing the mundane chores in office. Have regular team meetings and let people know what they are doing right. Encourage and develop a team and foster "team spirit" with team building activities.
What I like about the company
Like what they are doing to help patients with opiod addiction as I know that is desperately needed right now
What I dislike about the company
They don't have a clear mission and vision as to where they are going or if they do, do not communicate it to the workers.
