- Wholesale change of board of directors, senior management and a well communicated vision of the 5 year plan.

I dislike about the employer
Lack of focus and direction for the future, short term thinking has contributed to significant loss of resources/knowledge - rash decisions on cost control to help fortify quarterly or annual results lead to long term lack of strategy. Company stopped seeking 360 degree employee feedback three years ago due to the fact that the results were so poor. See no evil...
