Cliques dominate the culture and they are not open to new ideas that would benefit clients.
Support from management
They are only open to doing things as they have always done them. They are not open to new ideas.
Very passive aggressive, controlling and backstabbing if your not in the clique.
Freedom to work independently
Managemt from the very top micromanage everyone. They don't trust employees to think outside the box and be creative.
Very petty in their communication style.
Overall compensation for your work
Office / Work Environment
Nice building, but management squanders opportunities with how they run the program.
They are impressive from the outside looking in, but once your working their you realize the organization is incompetently run and petty.
I was appalled that the management team did not take into account what was best for the patient versus their reimbursement. Sometimes residential stay was not necessary, but was recommended anyway.
Inclusive / Diverse
Not at all inclusive, very much of a clique environment.
Suggestions for improvement
- Grow up and treat all employees with respect. Be open to new ideas. A good manager is not afraid to give others credit.
