Culture changes in process, current culture is progressing towards "Reach Group" Management / Employee interface and although there are issues it has moved in the direction upper management has chosen. "personnel who fail to adapt to the new management styles and language will probably not be here in the future"
Positive avenues for employee feedback are in place but use by management is low at best.
